Delay = 1µs/1pF Power-On Reset Output: Open-drain output. Active low indicates an output undervoltage condition on either regulator 1 or regulator 2 when device is enabled. Output of regulator 2 Output of regulator 1 Ground. Internally connected to the Exposed Pad.
